The jewelry you wish to order should be in line with EKRJ’s jewelry design. This is because each jewelry designer has different designs and skills to satisfy customers.
EKRJ cannot receive custom-made jewelry with another artist’s copyrighted logo or image. However, combining such designs with EKRJ’s design is fine.
Please send a rough sketch of the design you would like or explain it in as much detail as possible to “thanks@ekrj.ca”.
You can send us your own gemstone to use in your custom jewelry or choose from the "CUSTOM ORDER" menu. There may be jewelry that is not listed, so please inquire about the jewelry you would like when requesting custom orders.
After the artist checks the custom-made description you sent, we will inform you whether it is possible to make it. Please understand that there may be cases where production is not possible.
We will inform you of the estimated price of jewelry. The final price may vary depending on the situation during production while consulting with the customer during the work process. If you decide to request a custom production, please pay a deposit of $100 on the homepage and production will begin.
The production period generally does not exceed 10 days, excluding the delivery period. If there are materials that the artist needs to order, it may take longer.
EKRJ does its best for customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, please understand that even if the customer is not satisfied, the price of the custom-made product is not refundable.

To protect your silver jewelry from scratches or changing colour, please keep in a jewelry box. Silver jewelry must be stored in a ziplock bag to prevent the silver from discoloration. This discoloration is caused by a film of emulsified silver on the surface as a result of a simple chemical reaction with sulfur gas in the air. If the silver product is discolored, gently rub it with the cloth provided.Please do not use liquid silver cleaner on EKRJ silver jewelry products because the liquid silver cleaner will wash away the oxidized finish.
Please remove jewelry when sleeping, before entering water, entering the swimming pool, entering the sea, or performing strenuous exercise. Be careful not to damage the jewelry by hitting or dropping it, or to injure your body on the slightly pointed side of the jewelry design.
Your silver jewelry is a permanent piece of jewelry that will last a lifetime if you take good care of it.

The best way to measure your ring size is to use a ring measuring tool. There is also a way to measure the inside diameter of a ring you already have.
One thing to always consider when measuring the size of a ring is that, depending on the design of the ring band, you may need to choose different sizes. Wide bands, measuring 6mm or wider, should be ordered approximately half a size larger than your normal size.

Please carefully check the size and weight of the product before placing your order.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges are limited to one occurrence, and when processing a refund, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount paid.
All items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. In the case of a return or exchange, shipping costs and insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned to us within a maximum of 14 days.
Please notify us before sending any jewelry you wish to return.
Please understand that it may take up to 10 days to process an exchange or return after we receive the product. Refunds will only be issued after the return process is completed, and no refunds will be provided during the delivery.
