I source all silver materials only from trusted professional jewelry suppliers.

Every piece is nickel free, and no coating or plating is applied to maintain the natural beauty of solid silver.

Each EKRJ piece is designed to highlight the natural character of silver. It is gently oxidized to create soft contrast and hand polished for a timeless finish.

With wear, the silver will naturally develop more shine where it touches your skin, beautifully reflecting the passage of time.

Most designs feature natural gemstones, and lab gemstones are clearly noted in the product details.

JEWELRY CARE

Silver jewelry shines best when worn.

To protect your silver jewelry from scratches or changing colour, please keep in a jewelry box. Silver jewelry must be stored in a ziplock bag to prevent the silver from discoloration. This discoloration is caused by a film of emulsified silver on the surface as a result of a simple chemical reaction with sulfur gas in the air. If the silver product is discolored, gently rub it with the cloth provided.Please do not use liquid silver cleaner on EKRJ silver jewelry products because the liquid silver cleaner will wash away the oxidized finish.

Please remove jewelry when sleeping, before entering water, entering the swimming pool, entering the sea, or performing strenuous exercise. Be careful not to damage the jewelry by hitting or dropping it, or to injure your body on the slightly pointed side of the jewelry design.

Your silver jewelry is a permanent piece of jewelry that will last a lifetime if you take good care of it.

REFUND POLICY

Please carefully check the size and weight of the product before placing your order.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges are limited to one occurrence, and when processing a refund, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount paid.

All items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. In the case of a return or exchange, shipping costs and insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned to us within a maximum of 14 days.

Please notify us before sending any jewelry you wish to return.

Please understand that it may take up to 10 days to process an exchange or return after we receive the product. Refunds will only be issued after the return process is completed, and no refunds will be provided during the delivery.

RING SIZE GUIDE

Ring Size Chart

The best way to measure your ring size is to use a ring measuring tool. Another method is to cut a piece of paper to match the thickness and width of the ring you want to purchase, and then wrap it around your finger to measure. There is also a way to measure the inside diameter of a ring you already have.

One thing to always consider when measuring the size of a ring is that, depending on the design of the ring band, you may need to choose different sizes. Wide bands, measuring 6mm or wider, should be ordered approximately half a size larger than your normal size.
