This discoloration is caused by a film of emulsified silver on the surface as a result of a simple chemical reaction with sulfur gas in the air. If the silver product is discolored, gently rub it with the cloth provided.Please do not use liquid silver cleaner on EKRJ silver jewelry products because the liquid silver cleaner will wash away the oxidized finish.
Please remove jewelry when sleeping, before entering water, entering the swimming pool, entering the sea, or performing strenuous exercise. Be careful not to damage the jewelry by hitting or dropping it, or to injure your body on the slightly pointed side of the jewelry design.

Exchanges are limited to one occurrence, and when processing a refund, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount paid.
